Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to ask us for a return. Please email us before sending anything back and we’ll confirm where to send it.

Items need to be still sealed, unused, and fit for resale.

Fragrances and fragrance oils are sealed for hygiene reasons, so once the seal is broken they can’t be returned — unless the item is faulty, damaged or was sent in error, in which case we’ll always put it right and cover the return postage.
