We deliver across the United Kingdom.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. After that, the next working day. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery is charged per order, not per item. Express orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery; after 2pm they go the following working day.
Times are counted from dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees. All parcels are tracked and signed for.
Problems
If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, don't use the product — email sales@sosfragrances.co.uk with photos and we'll replace or refund it.
If tracking says delivered and it isn't with you, check around the property and with neighbours, then let us know and we'll open an enquiry with Royal Mail.
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it's gone, and anything returned to us as undeliverable may need paying for again.
