Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If we can't fulfil an order — stock error, pricing error, or we can't deliver to your address — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom only.

Prices

All prices include VAT at the current rate and are in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We try to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If an obvious error slips through, we're not obliged to honour it — we'll contact you and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Our products

Fragrance is a natural product. Colour, strength and longevity vary between batches, and how a scent behaves differs from person to person. Product images are as accurate as we can make them but screens vary.

Our 3ml samples are decanted by us from full bottles into clean vials. They are not manufacturer-packaged and are sold as samples.

Always patch test before use. Keep away from eyes, flames and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

Delivery and returns

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Our liability

We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law won't let us limit.

Otherwise, we're liable for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren't liable for business losses — these terms cover consumer sales only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
