We're a small UK business and you'll be dealing with us directly, not a call centre.

We answer Monday to Friday and aim to come back to you within one working day. Orders, returns, and questions about a fragrance all go to the same address.

If you're contacting us about an order, include your order number — it's in your confirmation email and speeds things up considerably.

Damaged or missing orders

Email us with photographs if your parcel arrives damaged or leaking. If tracking says delivered and it isn't with you, check around the property and with neighbours first, then let us know and we'll open an enquiry with Royal Mail.
